We kind of all know that, but it doesn't have to be one that leaves us tired, stressed, or overwhelmed. In fact, just the number of things
Cognitive load is the part of your working memory that is affected by all the new things, decisions, and long list of things you have to handle on any given day.
And when that load is too high, guess what happens? We get stressed, become less effective, make bad decisions...
So, if new things, lots of things, decisions are all part of launching, how can we lower the load and have better launches?
