Today we’re talking about how to use virtual events. They are one of the best ways to kick off any type of course launch.
Why are they so great? Well, virtual events give your audience a set period of time with you (hopefully live) to get to know you, experience how you teach, and hopefully come out on the other side accomplishing something.
Since they’ve been used FOREVER…in so many different industries—they are perfect no matter what your business is, if you’ve got a course, a physical product, or a service.

Do you offer bonuses during your launches?
If so, how confident are you that these bonuses add to your main offer? Do you feel like you’re picking willy nilly and just offering random things to add to the stack, hopefully adding value to your main offer?
If you’re not sure or the bonuses don’t really seem to have any effect on whether people buy or not, today’s episode is for you.
Here's your show notes/blog post: https://annesamoilov.com/offer-bonuses-during-your-launch/
Do you know what's on your marketing plan for the next 6 months? Do you know when you're going to launch and what you're going to launch? Sometimes the most simple way to make progress in your business is to create a map.
I like 6-month maps because so much can change in that short period of time, so I usually sketch out all the things I want to offer, put out into the world, and focus on during that time.
Join me today to learn how you can create your own 6-month marketing calendar.
And then, if you get in the planning mode, make sure to check out my Launch Planning Bundle...it includes a 12-month map maker to help you get clarity on all your marketing moves.

Launching is a juggling act...
We kind of all know that, but it doesn't have to be one that leaves us tired, stressed, or overwhelmed. In fact, just the number of things
Cognitive load is the part of your working memory that is affected by all the new things, decisions, and long list of things you have to handle on any given day.
And when that load is too high, guess what happens? We get stressed, become less effective, make bad decisions...
So, if new things, lots of things, decisions are all part of launching, how can we lower the load and have better launches?

Today's episode covers something that has helped me and my launches immensely as I've gone through my business, different types of launches, and stay on top of all the moving pieces of a launch...verbal processing.
What is verbal processing and how do I do it? Can you do it alone? Do you need someone else to give you feedback? How to get started?
Mentioned today:
Every launch is a system of pieces and moving parts that help you deliver an experience to your audience. Just like any other system you'd create, you should be able to revise, improve, and repeat this system so you're never starting from scratch.
Today's episode reveals 5 keys to a successful launch system. You can get started on these 5 keys today, no matter what your experience with launching a course or coaching program is!
Which keys do you need to create?
Resources:
Ever felt like you just don't know how to sell? You're launching your course, writing all the emails, getting people ready to enroll...and yet, the moment you have to ask for the sale...it just feels wrong.
Sales can feel really awkward, scary, and just weird...when you're first getting started in business. Today's episode shares some ideas to help you feel less weird about selling. The great side effect is that your audience and soon-to-be customers will also feel like it's more natural to work with you too!
Resources:
Getting ready to launch your course or coaching program? Then, you might be asking yourself if you're actually ready. Now, I've talked about this question a few times on the podcast, but here's a new raw perspective on the question and how to answer it no matter when it comes up!

Why 2021 is THE year to launch?
We’re at the end of January now. Maybe you set some goals for the year and January didn’t exactly turn out the way you thought it would. How are things going?
If you haven’t made progress toward your launch or finishing the course or getting moving on any level, ask yourself this…what do you need to do differently?
Today we're talking about 5 important shifts you'll need to make to launch this year.
Mentioned on today's show:

Launches are like Icebergs … there is so much you cannot see. You’ll never see it either!
Team, content, emails, tech, ads, communication, strategy….
There’s the surface strategy and there’s always going to be another layer of strategy under that.
One of the biggest misconceptions and bad habits I've seen new launchers do over and over again is to simplify their launch down to a list of pages, emails, and ads...with no thought to connecting with their audience. They've got all the visible pieces of their launch together, but below the surface, it's not connecting or connected to anyone.

Today's episode explores 3 powerful reminders about improving our launches and that we have the power to improve even on the fly if we need to!
Even after making a perfect plan for your launch, there will likely come a time (especially during your open cart) where you'll start asking...how do we improve this? Can we improve this?

Does any of the following apply to you?
You constantly second guess your decisions and actions. You waffle back and forth when you make a decision. you often consider or actually do change course. You deferring to other people's opinions and ideas to make decisions.
Flip-flopping. Believing and not believing at the same time. Wanting something but acting in ways that make it impossible to have. Self- sabotaging.
All of these are classic symptoms not trusting yourself.
It can cause major damage to your confidence, but also to your business. That's what we're talking about in today's episode.

This week we're talking about why we're all seeking more simplicity--especially in our businesses, but why we may fight against the need to declutter and uncomplicate things.
Plus, I'm sharing 3 questions to ask yourself if you're not sure how to start simplifying the way you share your ideas, products, and services with the world.
Don't underestimate the power of creating a simple, streamlined launch process that you can repeat (and that you get to design yourself).
